How do I measure SEO results?

Results are measured with clear KPIs: keyword positions, organic traffic, conversions and ROI. You receive monthly reports using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console showing real performance.

Measurement is a fundamental part of my approach to SEO. The KPIs I monitor vary depending on the project goals, but always include: target keyword positions (Search Console), organic traffic (GA4), organic traffic conversion rate and, where possible, the economic value of the traffic generated.

Each month I produce a report showing how these indicators have performed compared to the previous month and to the start of the project. The report also includes an analysis of the causes of changes โ€” both positive and negative โ€” and the actions planned for the following month.

Transparency about results is a core value for me: if something isn't working as expected, I say so clearly and we adapt the strategy. I don't hide behind vanity metrics or inflated reports.

Every strategy is built on data, not templates. I combine technical SEO, GA4 analytics and AI tooling to build long-term, measurable organic growth.
